Phototype wins "Best of the Best"
Phototype has been named an exemplary “Best of the Best” winner in the Best Workplaces in the Americas (BWA) program. The BWA awards program, powered by the Printing Industries of America, recognizes print and graphic arts companies that provide outstanding workplaces for their employees through human relations efforts.
“This award is a huge honor for our team,” said David Olberding, Phototype Co-CEO. “We take the work we do for our clients very seriously, and the foundation for all of that is hiring the best talent, providing opportunities to grow within the company, and fostering a culture that helps our employees be and do their best.”
In order to be recognized for a BWA award, companies must excel in the categories of management practices, work environment, training and development, recognition and rewards, workplace health and safety, health and wellness, financial security, and work-life balance. Eleven companies were awarded the “Best of the Best” designation for excellence in all categories while having low turnover and high employee engagement. Honorees are selected by a distinguished panel of industry human resources experts.
“We are a fourth-generation, family-owned business in a highly competitive industry,” said Co-CEO Steve Olberding, “This recognition from our peers is a testament to what we’re about and how hard we work.”
