UC Students Visit Phototype, Gravity Campus
It's refreshing to be able to share your career and experiences with students who are just putting design and communication principles to practice for the first time in their studies.
That's exactly what happened when students from
the Applied Graphic Communications program at University of Cincinnati Blue Ash visited the Phototype and Gravity campus. The two-year program typically attracts creative thinkers who solve problems visually, who then earn an associate degree and can transfer to the the Visual Communication program in DAPP on UC's main campus.
Jill Moran, Designer at Gravity, and Mark Farlow, Creative Director at Gravity, facilitated an overview of Gravity and Phototype history and capabilities, followed by a tour of the campus that showed how each department contributes to the final packaging of branded products. The UC Student Day closed with a Q&A session where Phototype and Gravity employees could speak more about their experiences and provide career advice.
